i can't access PS3 threads or RSPC3 threads

I was just wondering do i need special permission to access RSPC3 git hubs or do I need to change my membership plan to download from this specific thread.

It was made to be exclusive section, because EP doesn't really support such new systems. I think the post count requirement may have been lowered at some point, when things got a fair bit less active around here.

I guess these files will only become harder to obtain in the future.
