Newbie HELP!!!!! (Running PSX games on PSP console)

Hi all, im new to this so please bare with me.
I have a PSP 2003, modded as 6.61 LME-2.3 infinity.
my main reason for getting this done was being able to play the old ps one games on long train journeys.
The problem i have is that some work and some dont, all of my relevant games have EBOOT files in the folders and have put them all in:-

PSP>Games>SLUS1234>Eboot

(just as an example)

any ideas please help.

meant to add only downloaded psx2psp iso games from here

do they show as currupted on your psp?

yes they do!!! got 5 or 6 like that, I also have some that show the game pic but when I press to load it then say corrupted data?
