Stuck on some parts for certain Emulators (Dolphin and PSP RetroArch)

So I got most of the emulators set up, including PS1, Saturn, DC, and its a blast.

But I've hit a snag with two of them. Dolphin and PPSSPP.

For Dolphin, it says I need the Sys folder (It loads a GC game but the text is messed up), so I find it via the link in the information section, but no matter what I do, it won't read it and it says missing.
Every BIOS file I have is read by it and the directory is right, but this isn't, even when I edit the info file it still won't read.
I don't know how to fix it at all and I can't find any information on this anywhere.


For PPSSPP, I tested two games, Megaman Powered Up and Sonic Rivals (Gotten here before the links went down), MMPP shows this

And I can't go further, and if I exit it crashes RA, same with Sonic Rivals except I can do stuff there, I have no idea how to fix any of that.
