I am giving my code away because this is the 3rd copy I have gotten for the GBA but you can only Register one copy of each game you buy (Now I can play Zelda Four Swords 3 player :))
You must have the requirments of already being a member of Nintendo VIP 24:7 and live in Europe and not already have the game "The Legend of Zelda A Link to the Past" for the GBA.

For the Nintendo VIP web site but you don't Qualify anyway
It also lets you download free stuff like wallpaper screen savers and it will even let you visit the VIP only game Guides and Walkthroughs that include maps and screen shots to help those that can't manage in the games (Comes in handy for me on replay to make sure I get everything)
I'm sure the American Nintendo Site has it's advantages aswell when you join so I don't think you will be missing anything anyway as you can't join the VIP thing in Europe I can't join the Nintendo of America thing either (I have tryed LOL)
oh... and yes i need not apply..
we in the us have someting like that.. the NoA web site.. has some exclusive contient such as guides.. if your a suscriber to nintendo power..
