MAME = Multi Arcade Machine Emulation so older versions do not no, newer versions include MESS though MESS = Multi Emulator Super System and covers tons of Console and Computer systems
MESS as much as MAME has a lot of experimental drivers so not everything is going to work http://www.progettoemma.net/mess/ has a bit more info
Amiga is in there but it's not fully working anyway
Most consoles and computers that MESS support work better in other emulators
If you want an all round system emulator something like Retroarch is a better option though you are till going to be using external emulators for ST and Amiga systems
Where is AMIGA 500 xml roms list file ?Quote:

I knew it was under hash MAME folder but there is no file named like AMIGA 500....:

No point in looking for it, it's not fully made to start with
http://www.progettoemma.net/mess/sysset.php those in red just have very basic emulation done, yellow almost there green are working
Windows UAE is your best bet, though you may need to go for a dated I ran it in Windows 2000 back in the day just fine
EDIT Looks like MAME has those grouped by graphics chip Amiga OCS will be the main one A500+ uses ECS
1985 OCS A1000, A2000, A500
1990 ECS A3000, A500+, A600, A2000
1992 AGA A1200, A4000, CD32
So it is there, can't say I have tested those though and I would guess the MESS link has out of date info, I can't be sure anyway so give those a try
FS-UAE :) Still currently developed and works on W10.
You can use various dumps with it including IPF (you probably still need the plugin for that), which you will find in no-intro sets.
There are 32 & 64bit Windows (Windows XP minimum) versions, also macOS (10.7) and Linux (Ubuntu 16.04 and other recent distros) versions.Code:https://fs-uae.net/
