Greetings all, I'm new to the world of emulator/ roms and have been playing super nintendo games on my Xbox, but whenever I try to play a Wii game after downloading and extracting through winrar it has a weird icon on it, and won't play? Please if someone could baby it and break it down for me, I'd appreciate it!

You can post a screen grab of the icon you are talking about if you wish but for extracting I do strongly recommend using the latest version of 7-zip instead of any version of WinRar
I'm playing it on nes box... Saying files to my one drive ( downloading on computer, then transferring to xbox one) when I put the games ( mario galaxy, silent hill 3 etc) it says ' disc image?' Do I have to use a different emulator?
Supported file types for NES box are: NES (.nes), Sega Megadrive/Genesis (.gen .smd), Super Nintendo (.smc), GameBoy (.gb .gbc .gba)
So yeah you would need a Playstation Emulator and a Wii Emulator for Xbox One
I would not know if those even exist on the Xbox One,
PSX is possible though, a few PSX emulators have been ported widely over many systems
Wii emulation is not one that has been ported that much, just various PC systems Mac and android so would be very surprised if there was a Xbox One Wii emulator
Yeah I don't there's much you can emulate on Xbox One atm tbh, just a couple of really old platforms. The SDK is out there afaik but I'm not sure if anybody figured out extensive homebrew/emu support :shrug:
