1 .IMG.ecm file 522,526 kb in size
1 .SUB file 23,928 kb in size
how do I set it to play on ePSXe ?
Any help appreciated. I used unecm but that didn't work.

You need to drag the .ecm file over the unecm and it will decompress. then just load the .img or even load from the cue file.
after unecm to decompress the IMG file, try using ISObuster to convert it to BIN+CUE format.
