Street Fighter III New Generation and 2nd Impact won't work on Final Burn Alpha Jav

I use a JavaScript port of a Retroarch Final Burn Alpha and recently I've noticed something. Street Fighter III New Generation and 2nd Impact don't work on this version of Final Burn Alpha. The strange thing is that Third Strike works fine on it. The emulator itself also only plays Europe region roms, and whenever I download the Europe version from Emuparidise or anywhere else. It never loads the game up. It just says "LOADING sfiii.zip..." and never loads. Then in the code area (a box underneath the emulator itself, it talks about how "at least 4086 frames are needed to run." I don't know what any of that is, as I'm not a programmer and I don't know who made the emulator begin with, so I can't contact the creator. If any of you guys have any ideas or suggestions on what I should do, let me know.
