Shares of that are usually titled "Zelda no Densetsu: 4tsu no Tsurugi+".

But if you want to emulate this I suspect there might be issues with Navi Trackers...I've even noticed someone saying they had issues with this game using NGC console + swiss.
I've been looking for this forever. Can anyone help me out?
