Pokemon iPhone 5C stickers

I recently found the following image on the internet, with a link to download the wallpapers/sticker templates:

However, the link now leads to an email from a Pokemon Company paralegal, as the site has been took down for copyright reasons. I have been able to find the wallpapers online, but the stickers have proven more elusive. If anyone has downloaded the templates before the site was took down, please can you post them on here?
