Help with nullDC Dreamcast Emulator

I recently followed the proper steps to download the nullDC emulator for the Sega Dreamcast. I double checked to make sure I didn't make any errors in downloading the BIOS, Chankast, etc. Every time I try to open the Emulator, however, I receive an error message saying, "Unable to open gui dll (nullDC_GUI_Win32.dll)". I haven't seen anyone else on the internet come across this issue, so I've assumed that it is just a local error on my PC. If anyone here knows a fix for this, please help me out. Not sure if this is even the right place to ask, but I am an "emulator rookie" myself. Thanks guys!
