Ratchet and Clank 3 ESR - NTSC(U) on PAL PS2 compatible?

Hi There!

According to the list of working games on ESR, Ratchet and clank 3 (NTSC) is compatible, which is great. I own the PAL Version (which isn't suited at all for speedruns), so I ordered the NTSC version on eBay (it's unopened so if I cant use it I will store it).

I own a softmodded PAL PS2 (model SCPH-30004), but just to confirm, can I play NTSC games with no issues? The laser is fine as I've booted many original PAL games with ESR as the PlayStation wasnt used much at all until recently. I would have loved to had used HD Loader but its banned in speedrunning (except for games that use the HDD like FF-XI)

I'd be greatful if anyone with experience with ESR could help me out :D
