Yes, and Biden is running for President now. If you think file hosts and ROM sites are being cracked down on now, none of them will exist if Biden is elected. Also, it was Biden and Obama that shut down Megaupload and caused the file host catastrophe. To all Americans who like emulation and ROMs, please do not vote for Biden.
