Probably fake. It says it will launch Dec 10 in the video.
Just another data stealing app. PS2 apps you come across on Google play are like this. The only real app for PS2 is Play! And it's still early on in development and although it can boot certain games compatibility/playability is still quite low. I doubt someone magically made a full speed (or almost) PS2 emulator for Android all of a sudden.
