Muvo TX Stopped working.. suggestions?

My muvo TX just stopped working a few moments ago, it was plugged in, then suddenly when i wanted to change tracks i got an error, so i unplugged > plugged it in again, when i plug it in the computer again it says that the player is not recognized. On the display of the muvo it looks like it is connected to a USB Hub? (I dont remember if it's always been like that but it looks a little weird) Nothing works... changing firmware neither since it does not recognize the player...

The player works just fine when you play music on it...
Anyone?
