ppsspp is a psp emulator. there is no such thing as a ppsspp game.
god of war 4 is a ps4 game while god hand is a ps2 game.
what you are asking for will never happen because it is impossible.

i know it brother but also god of war ghost of sparta is a ps3 game but its also made for psp so playstaion should made more psp roms psp roms are really bad and wrosts without god of war chain and tekken 6 these two roms are very popular in ppsspp

PPSSPP as Treos said is an emulator for the PSP for use on a PC. AAA titles for PS3 and PS4 can in no way be ported to the PSP. The PSP hardware can't handle it. So please stop bothering people.
