Codebreaker Booting into ESR

I need help with this. I want to boot into ESR using Codebreaker, but it doesn't want to work for some reason. I have the CB_launch elf file that I renamed from my ESR, but even then, it doesn't load into it. It just keeps loading into the ulaunch screen. The only reliable tutorial I've found has been how to load it into OPL:

But all the ways I've looked up on how to do it elsewise have been either for HDLoader or just haven't worked.

I'm trying to do this off of a Memory card, not the USB drive. I'm also using a Phat PS2. Can anyone PLEASE help me solve this headache? Walk me through this process step by step so I can understand it perfectly.

Memcard will fail every time, I tried doing this myself even if you have two memcards and the second with just codebreaker on it, it still will not work
