how do you get a game to run full screen

I recently downloaded Star Ocean 2 and I can't figure it out. Is there a way to get it full screen?

Alt+Enter.

If you are using ePSXe there is an option in the graphics plugin settings to make it full screen.

a bit puzzled... ePSXe v1.6 is fullscreen by default. What did u do to it?
