Hi can anybody help have just put space invaders on my g/sons ds have dropped the rom in games but does not show up on screen what am I doing wrong

1: Is it a regular NDS (not 3DS)?
2: What flash cart are you using?
3: Are you sure you are using an NDS rom?
He has got DS lite r4 cart about 20 games on already all work I put on 3 games s/invaders need for speed & pac man none work do not show up in directory Iam new to all this

Are the games archived? i.e. zipped? You can tell by looking at the file extension. If it is Space Invaders.7z or Space Invaders.rar then they will need extracting.
If the games do have either of the file extensions, you will need to install 7zip. Once installed, right click on your game, and select extract here.
The files should have a .nds extension. e.g. Space Invaders.nds. Then your DS should at least see them once they are on the flashcart.
