Just a little thread series I thought up, Have you ever wondered what a game would be like running on a Crap older computer? nor have I but since I got one and WAY too much time on my hands xD Why not xD

Notes: Since I'm using FRAPS on these the fps can be up to half what they are normally just something to think about!

I play mine with my Ps1 Controller, but to be honest, NFS1 has a better control scheme on the pads.

Like i thought before, that's actually a fairly powerful machine :)

I adored the Big Rigs and Garry's Mod vids.

Big Rigs because it shows that it even has some system requirements, despite it being the worst piece of shit ever made, and the Garry's Mod one because I don't think I've ever seen explosions QUITE like that before :P

Slapped it with 3DMark 06 and it slapped me back xD Didn't even start the Return to Proxycon test xD eventually came up with a lost connection to dx9 device error xD

It did however start 3DMark01SE Result was: 5775 and 3DMark03: 1312

To give an amusing comparison my desktop gets (3DMark03) 53,000 - 54,000 ish xD

Okay, probably the wrong place to ask, but my onboard video is a GMA 3100, not the X, a single 3100 one. How does it fare against the 900? I'm curious. :P I can play some simple games on it, but I thought Hellgate: London was more heavy on requirements or something.

Its a fair few steps up from a 900

its still lower than the Power of a ATi Radeon 9000 though so dont expect to be playing anything heavy on it, but ya anything pre Shader Model 3 is worth a try thats what ive been doing.
But anything ive put up here should work and work better than it did on the GMA900 and GMA950.

You can get away with Killing Floor on the GMA's by the way :D

Edit: Well I Cant record no more video's unless someone donates me a laptop with a GMA900... the laptop fully 100% died today cant even post anymore so I stripped it for parts and binned it. Thankfully the replacement Laptop arrived (doesn't have a GMA900 though it has a Dedicated ATi Radeon 9000)
