Hehehe... I suppose he/she's just curious about why your hands moving around so much and wants to play with it... So play, dammit!!
Beats playing with yourself... :P
:P
I dont have a cat, but I guess its normal if the cat show some interest for your hand, he/she wants to catch the mouse after all
Well you know .. cat mouse.. it's all in the game man. Obviously your cat wants to eat the mouse =O.
One of my cats doesn't bother me at all when I'm on the computer. The other three, unfortunately, do. ><
One of them, the smallest, climbs all over me and tries to eat the wires under the desk. One sits on the stool next to my chair and taps my leg with its paw, and the other cries off to the side and paws at me from the floor.
my brother's cat is having fun when he's not on the computer and sends some messages by walking on the keyboars^_^
so sometimes my brother sends "brb" then a weird message a little later... because the cat walked on the keyboard and hit enter :)
My cats used to come and bother me but now my dogs always bother me instead(one pratically lives in my room besides for food and going outside). My dogs always chase my cats around so that takes care of the cats bugging me since they don't like being around the dogs :P.
I HAD a cat, and he just liked to jump on my lap while I was at the computer.. However, my sister's cat was completely different- not only did she jump up on your lap, but she climbed up onto your chest and rubs herself all over your face.
She then breaks wind, and the sheer potency of the stench forces you to stumble out of the office and into a well ventilated area.
My cats used to chase the pointer when I was moving it around. And My fat cat(12lbs) used to lay on my keyboard.
my cat just jumps between me and the screen, mouse, and etc. I just throw her on my bed and contunie to type. shazam bitches
I WISH I HAD A KITTY CAT!!!!!! (sniffle sniffle)
i hear ya man! :( so many cute stories in this thread. especially the one from baby.Quote:

i wish i had a cat... i witnessed one of my dogs die, and my brothers die... i had to dig their graves... all three of them... guess you could say my dog luck isnt so great, so now i wanna shoot for a cat, but i dont think thats gunna be anytime soon =(
Well, I have a dog and a brother and if they both happen to die, I would be more conserned about brother than dog...Quote:

W have a cat but not climbing and so onon computer.............
I hear it depends on the breed.
Long haired cats like Pursian cats like to snuggle alot I hear.
The short haired cats tend to be more independent.
In general, cats are aight... I like how they're potty trained and like to be clean.
It's strange but my cat, whenever he decides to walk all over things on my computer desk, avoids the keyboard. He always steps over it. But aside from randomly knocking things off my desk, he is alright. Really good lap cat.
I used to have another one but we, well, ditched it because it had a habit of doing its "business" all over the carpet. It was a monster too. 15lbs.
damn lol that is one obese kitty. maybe it avoids the keys on the keyboard cuz it thinks they're landmines.
Nah, thats my other cat that avoids the keys. This old one never showed its face, always hiding upstairs in the closet somewhere. :lol
lol i had a persian golden cat that used to love hiding under beds.
It's normal for cats to climb on you but when it insists on laying on your hands while you're holding the mouse it is not a normal cat behavior. Maybe the cat thought it was a real mouse??
Shoot the cat and get it over with.
I have 5 cats, 4 of them are scared of me, 1 of them loves me to death. his name is smokey, and when he wants attention he doesnt stop bugging me till he gets it. For fun or to annoy me, he climbs up the back of my computer chair, and slides down the front of my body, most of the time i dont got a shirt on. ouch. other times he will jump up on my leg and get in my face (usually when im leaning back, thats the position he cant climb up the back) if i dont want to pet him i throw him over to my bed (4 feet away) and usually he comes back and jumps up again. then i usually pet him for about half an hour or until he goes away. Thats when he goes on a booty hunt (we have 4 female cats all 4 of them fixed) yes, hes the pimp daddy cat of the house. yes, pimp daddy.
I don't have any cats now, but I used to have quite a few and three of them used to climb up and sleep on my monitor, preventing the heat from dissipating from the monitor through the top, even worse one of them would drool all over it and needless to say it went dead on me after not too long of that kind of abuse(the monitor not the cat).
Wow, my cat is named Smokey. I guess that is a common cat name.Quote:

My doggies always get turned on by the puter. Actually they get turned on by most things. But yea, they love jumping on me when I'm sitting here.
oh. this is about cats. oh well hell
My cat isn't allowed in my room. I have far too many expensive models/figurines set up and I don't need him climbing around knocking them over and possibly breaking them.
Yeah I have a cat... Moly is her name, and she doesn't jump around on teh keyboard at all, but anyways.. I had a pic of her up here a while ago, and I don't think I have it anymore... but anyways, shes pretty clean until she decides to throw up all over out family room carpet, right as I'm cleaning her litter boxes... yes I said boxes... She get really finicky if we don't clean them within two or three days time, and then we get suspicious on whether or not she's dropping deuces anywheres else around the house.
you guys really need to show your appreciation towards your cats. when they want your attention give it to them. don't just toss'em to the side like a bag of dukey. when they try and get your attention for some "petting" time, what they're actually saying is that they accept you as their equal.
My girlfriend has a cat and everytime she gets on her laptop, the cat tries to lay on it because of the heat it puts off. She gets really irritated but I think its pretty funny.
