Energy drinks, good? or stay away?
I'm sure most of you have seen energy drinks in ur local grocery store.
I'm not talking about gatorade, those are sports drinks, but energy drinks that contain lots of caffein and a bunch of vitamins and chemicals.
Are those things good for you? I understand that drinking them too often may cause a person to be sick, cuz the body adapts to the high intake of those minerals and when they stop drinking, the body wants to shut down due to the lack of chemicals.
About 2 months ago, I bought a 2 dozen pack of monster energy, and I still haven't finished it. At first I really liked it, but then now when I drink it I feel like shit... no buzz anymore.
