Programing Tutorial/Resource Listing

Well I figured a good way to kick of the new coding fourm would be to start a Tutorial/Resource listing, for everyone who want's to learn more about programing...

Saddly I am not up on programming, and don't have a list of sites myself... (that's kind of why i made this thread :)) so the point of this thread is to post the great tutorial/resource sites that members find... I only ask two things. First that the sites don't break any of the forums anti-warez/porn rules, and second that you include what language the turtorial is for in your post...

Yes i normally modify the code snippets anyway, as they aren't exactly what i want.

Howstuffworks.com has some nice articles if your fairly new to programming.

Take the following articles/tutorials which explain quite nicely the basics

Perl same sort of deal as the last 2 but with Perl.

A really great tutorial that explains the basic of C programming. I highly recommend you reading it if you are new to C. It helped me a lot. :)

I'd like to add the C++ tutorial i learned off of to this list, it don't constantly assume you already know all the other languages. I copied the pages to my site but some of them are missing. I am pretty sure there is a link to the original site from mine but you never know when somthing that good is gonna close. (It's only the good sites that close, the crappy ones live on forever.)

This is the version on my site. If you have any problems getting to the page let me know in a pm. Also PM me if you need a C++ compiler. I have 2 of them, 1 is good the other sucks and i don't know why i still have it.

Ok. found it but it's not complete list of tutors on DelphiX
so I'll be searching for more.
As you may know Delphi is a Pascal language which was moved
to the world of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) :P
DelphiX is an addon for Delphi that allows to use DirectX in the projects
in the easiest way possible.
I'm sure coders who liked programming in Turbo Pascal and Borland Delphi
will enjoy programming in DelphiX as it brings Delphi to another level :D

do you know sites that has complete ebooks or complete tutorial(html,pdf,postscript) printable on any programming language(java mostly-ejb j2me)? i dont know about you guys but reading long tutorials on my computer hurts my eyes. I would like to create mobile apps
