Shower. Lie in it for a while. Repeat. Since you're cleaner than it after showering, your cleanness will transfer...
Okay...can I get a more logical answer...maybe even intelligent
just fabrieze it man
Thats what I told my mom I would do, but she doesnt listen to me alot of the time.
You got some "Man stains" on it havent you
dude if it got wet its no good
chuck it out getta new one
water damaged matress' always grows toxic mould
Febreeze n' shit. Or take it to some laundromat if they have huge-ass laundry machines. Getting it wet/scrubbing it/etc will only make it worse(maybe you can wash it by hand and leave it out in the sun to dry if it's hot over there).
Can't help you with the 'man stains' though.
Edit:
According to some law of physics I don't remember, filth moves from high concentration to low, so the procedure you described would work but with one small difference. The filth would be transferring to him, and he'd be washing it off, much like drying a mop or cloth.Quote:

What a load of bollocks, I can't believe I wasted 50 seconds to type that.
You might give me the 'wtf!? look' but rent an Ozone Machine. We use one at work (apartments) and I can tell ya, it will remove ANYTHING: urine, smoke, musty smells from dampness...
If the matress is still damp, go to the Laundromat and put it in one of those industrial dryers, and then back home run the Ozone in a small room with the matress (bathroom, closet, etc.) The Ozone Machine transfers the Oxygen into Ozone, which has exceptional odor reduction properties. After about 45 min or so, turn off the Ozone Machine, and then wait about 20 min for the Ozone to return to Oxygen. The smell will be gone ;)
bleach the fucker. if its not white then get some color safe bleach. or get a steamer and steam it or just lay it out on the floor and get some sort of like rug doctor or carpet shampooer and do that ;)
Do what Sprung says ive been told his very handy around the house his wife seems to wear the pants in the relationship as he is always doin the dishes
If you need help with the "Man stains" Soeru feel free to ask :)
 Washing sheets is good enough.Quote:

Urine? Go see a doctor. You can probably get something for your weak bladder.Quote:

roll it up with some stuff that smells good, thats the most logical advice I can give. bad stain goes in, good stain also goes in, at worst it can smell better <shrug>.
You want me to roll up 30lbs 6 inch thick futon cover. Are you crazy. I think ill just frebreeze the damn thing.
I'm telling you. Shower, lie down, repeat.
Someone asks a question, the first thing I always do is hit Metacrawler. Let's see, this site recommends Febreeze and something called Mother's Little Miracle, a cleaning agent (Near the bottom). Similarily, this site also advocates cleaning products, or in a pinch with surface odors (not likely with yours, which had time to marinate to perfection), baking soda. Of course, this is what you said you'd do anyways, but at least now you have something else to blame if it doesn't work, the Internet. ;)
Sure you haven't. :PQuote:

Im all about helping people.
200 bucks is worth it
where you gonna bring dates home to with out one?
mine only costed a bout a hundred
shop around youll find a good deal
How big is this futon, I bought a frame and futon at walmart for $70. But mine is kinda cheap.
Or a simpler solution: Sleep on a sofa or on the floor with thick bedsheets until you can get a new futon and stop being such a whiny bitch.
damn spread the rep bullshiteQuote:
