I used to DL atleast 1-2mb/s until this week where i'm lucky to get 100kb/s. My internet is fine, all tests have been done. This happening to anyone else?

Not here, where are you located? Might have to do with congestion or failures along certain routes.
I live in Nebraska, and every other site i frequent has 0 problems. Just this one.
iirc EP throttles download speeds during peak time aka on the weekend.

Yeah I've been getting 60-80kbps. Checked with a friend in Indiana, same deal. Kind of a bummer, but it beats the heck out of nothing :D
If possible, please post a link to the file you are downloading here so I can investigate. It could be that one of our servers is acting up. You can get the link by right clicking on your download manager (in Chrome or Firefox) and copying the link out. Just the server IP will also do.
Tried the same files I was downloading slowly before, speed is great today. Reached my top speed actually.
I'm getting it now, too, and was getting it a few days ago. I've been downloading PS2 isos.

Both currently downloading at a blistering average of 65 kb/s.
Please check now if it's improved. The server was a little bogged down earlier.

It wasn't. I'm going to go ahead and assume it's an issue on my end.
Still trying to debug this issue because right now I'm able to get 6-7M/s from the server so it looks alright. If you could run this tool against the server IP and post the report here that'd be helpful: http://winmtr.net/

Seriously, you can stop worrying. It's on my end. Look at that, I'm losing packets all over the damn place. It's my fault for using wifi when ethernet exists.

Hey i also got the download speed problem. It is weekday but my download speed stays @ 60KB/s - 80KB/s...
Where are you located? Can you please paste in the download link that your browser/manager captures? It might be a particular server that is overloaded or perhaps underperforming so this way I can check it.
I do have EP Premium too and my download speed is absolutely horrible. Just some Kbyte. For 1 Megabyte i need 2 - 3 minutes.
I live in Germany and my provider is telekom.

Got it. At the download page where you can start the download there is red button with download settings.
There you have to select North America instead of Auto select.
Downloadspeed ist now about 11 Mbit/s or 1 Mbyte/s
