I just Got a Poke'mon Emerald today to relive the experience that i had when i first had it.
Anyway The Game is apparently is a USA game but works on My Uk Ds.
Anyway it looks like this.

Nope GBA games consoles and DS & DS Lite consoles are region free (not sure if the DSi range are and I'm sure the 3DS is not region free)
The game is official, you can check by the code that is displayed on the lower front right also it should be on the PCB (you might be able to see that aswell, just above the metal contacts)
its fake the stickers on all pokemon GBA games are supposed to be foil paper, http://cdn1.iofferphoto.com/img/item...riWafSarL7.jpg this is a legit cartridge unless as zorlon said, on the chip near the pins it read ©Nintendo and the date, that would just mean someone replaced the sticker
I don't know but the Ninendo logo on the sticker looks weird, but probably it's the image compression. But yeah as Jack Spicer posted, it's a fake.

Thanks to all who replied, i have been looking around the internet and found it was a fake. So i'm going to get a refund from the seller.
Where did you buy this from? This reminds me of when Shiny Gold was being sold and it wasn't even finished :/
Shiny Gold XD I remember that one I knew a guy who actually used to sell cartriges with unfinished rom hacks XD...the box art was always quite nice though :/
thanks to this thread I was able to learn that even DS Lites are Bootlegged , now il think twice before trying to get a new Crimson DS Lite from Hong Kong/China.
