Game works absolutely fine till I enter Charlotte's Majicks in Archades then I get the following error:
(EE pc:0025EB58) TLB Miss, addr=0x10 [load]
(EE pc:0025EB60) TLB Miss, addr=0x14 [load]
(EE pc:0025EB68) TLB Miss, addr=0x1c [load]
is there a fix?
Which version of PCSX2? also, list down your plugins settings.

Yes I did, I have no speedhacks or game fixes enabled and all settings are at default, version is PCSX 0.9.8.r4600
Post your memory card, see if I get the same issue like yours.

as in im just not sure what file is the save one
There should be a memcards folder in PCSX2's folder, with two files, Mcd001.ps2 for memcard 1 and Mcd002.ps2 for memcard 2. If not, boot up PCSX2, go to Config/Memory Cards and find out where your memcards are.
I have the game as well, so I could also try and see if I get the same error as you.

had to rar ps2 not a valid extension, cool?
I just tried the game with your memcard. I could enter the shop just fine without any crashes.
I was using r4870, which you can get from here.
My plugins/settings were:

Everything else was on default, as far as I know.

Working fine at my end as well, tested on both 4600 and 4870, also with default settings.
Make sure you have enable Automatic Game Fixes, run the game from memcard save,
and set both VU and EE clamping mode to max if the problem still persist.

Still nothing, i think the only difference at this point is I have GSdx9 under video plugin and you have 10. But rather than downloading the new plugin, if you have my save file could you just talk to Roh'kenmu in Charlotte's Majickery then save and send the Memcard back? Might just be the easiest solution since the rest of the game works just fine. Very much appreciate all of your help.
Here you go. Talked to Roh'kenmu. If you're interested, he said he sold his medallion to a person called Otto. I saved at the red crystal, since it was slightly closer.
