bayonetta, for me, i always thought witches ride on brooms and look creepy, fortunatly shes an exception lol.
Matoya from Final Fantasy. She has a crystal eye, brews potions, and casts spells on her brooms to clean up her cave on their own.

Midori from Devil Survivor. Even though she was just a cosplaying 15 year old girl, they CALLED her a witch. So I'll stick with that!
