Hi
I just got ePSXe (also have 11 bios files including SCPH1001 and SCPH7502)
I downloaded 2 games, one I can play fine (crash_compilation)
but need 4 speed 1 won't open,
it just gives me a black screen
I also tried PSXeven but that also gives me a black screen
the download was 22 files and i extracted.
can anyone help me with this ? Thanks
Sounds like the rar files or image might not be right. I could be wrong and you might not have the right plugins set right. CVGS (Connectix Virtual Game Station) runs this game perfect. No plugins to configure just pop in disk/iso and hit run. CVGS was made for win9x and dont run on win xp without patches. Its easy to setup for xp. Ive tried need for speed for epsxe. I was able to get it to run but there was no support for the controller. I tried every controller plugin i could find, same results cant start the game last time i tried. The CVGS controller support works perfect with need for speed 1.
We would need more info to help you, what are your comp specs, plugins you are using...
