its a great site it shows up your process and if u see somthing thats strange then u can fix it.

Process Explorer (I use this)

Scroll down and choose either HijackThis or Itty Bitty Process Manager

I used the log it made and posted it up on a forum, and was able to track down problems.

also do what?

show all your running processes?
