It said: It is an Invalid GC disk.
I need some help to play this ISO perfectly so I can be proud about you guys.

There is another error: "Please update your dx11 runtime please." The final file I get is a disk image file.

Also run Windows Update to update DirectX 11 (11.2 is the latest version, you can find out what you have by using the text box next to the windows icon [older versions of windows has that in the start menu (including Windows 7)] type dxdiag and hit enter)
P.S. can you not update to Windows 10
DirectX 12 is also on it's way anyway
