@Cosmic: DO IT.
@Roxas: Welcome back man.
@Grouch: Well surprise surprise. All the CL stuff I am looking at was still available. Set up one meeting for tomorrow (58 miles or so one way) and working on setting up the other one for Thursday or Friday. I prioritized the better lot. Much of the stuff I am getting tomorrow is 1/3 or better compared to online prices. :D
Lol Roxas? Seems to me like the worst Gamestop is doing is having these games at Ebay store prices. A lot of the Dreamcast games are underpriced (which is why they don't have any in stock lol).
Anyway, better get going. Have work in a few. :wav:
Bai.
Anyway, yeah prices keep going up online. I'm guessing they researched these prices at least a year ago. There are some Dreamcast games I would buy 10+ copies of if they had them, but on the other hand really common really popular games are somewhat overpriced.
Also, Gamestop had been buying up copies on Ebay for this, artificially creating more demand. More copies returning to gamers will help things.
About to buy so much anime on CL. Soooooo much.
Hmmm I'm just looking at the PS1 list and I'm like, some of those I know are a hella lot more expensive on amazon and the like but still feels overpriced
I still need to look at the PS1 prices.
It's a lot fairer to consumers for steam to allow refunds, it might actually encourage more sales now that people know they can go refund games which they previously wouldn't have tried.
I buy from Gamestop all the time. Made money off them even.
Counting now.
Over 300 sets easily if you count movies and separate seasons of shows. It's annoying to count lol. And of course some sets I have are compact like a set with all the Slayers movies and OVAS which I would count as one set but is 7 or 8 things.
It's only been three months since the hangout started, this place isn't dying at all. :wacko:
and I have the ninth highest amount of posts in this thread.
201 things if I count as compactly as possible. So like Kenshin seasons 1-3 and all the OVAs as one thing. Also not counting anything where I am one individual dvd single away.
There are certain aspects of the first game that I absolutely love. The second game was fucking incredible. And when I played the third I could not log into Origin to do any of the online content, if it's even available anymore, so I could not get the good endings. The rest of the game was a lot more fast paced than the previous games, I had a lot of fun with it. The fact that they fucked the ending up by making it depend on online play killed the whole third game for me.
Owning physical anime don't mean shit ya filthy gaijin. :wacko:
