I would be up for boosting trophies that aren't the ridiculously long grindy ones. :D

If there's no other way to do it, count me in!
But crusher, TR is super mediocre. Come to your senses! :(
Anyway, I'm playing Summon Night 5 on PSP.
You know, to my surprise there are actually people playing the multiplayer so getting the platinum might be possible after all! But yeah we could help each other to get the combat related trophies and earn some XP. A fair warning though, you will have to reach level 60 three times (lvl 58 the last time actually) to get the platinum. Think that shitty CoD prestige system or whatever it's called.
The multiplayer isn't bad in my opinion but feels really unnecessary. It's almost a carbon-copy of Uncharted's multiplayer but with more frog jumping. Seriously people are jumping around like idiots...
But but I'm enjoying it! The single player that is. y u hatin Gare? D:
I loved the game at first too. But then as you keep playing you realize it's just a mediocre shooter with nothing going for it other than the admittedly gorgeous graphics. And the tombs and their so-called puzzles are just pathetic. Like, "your 90 year old grandma can solve this" levels of pathetic. Oh and lolol QTEs.
I'm playing Darksiders 2 at the moment and even though its puzzles aren't super hard either it's a million times better of a game than TR.
I don't see how that's any different from the previous entries in the series. Combat was never the focus. But seeing as the puzzles are terrible you might have somewhat of a point. Still, I'm enjoying it!
I'll get to Darksiders 2 at some point. We'll see how tough those puzzles are!
Doing my third annual Yakuza play. I played the first game November 13 '11, and decided to do one a year since that's how they make them.
Each year I enjoy the series less. After boring/frustrating the hell out of myself putting like 70 hours into Yakuza 2 to get the special bosses, I decided I'd forget them and say to hell with some of the annoying side missions (does anybody actually enjoy that damn hostess club crap?!).
But for some damn reason, I still spent the first two hours of the game trying to build up Haruka's trust (which I barely accomplished at all). I went in wanting to bust some heads, instead I got to waste like 20 minutes and 5000 yen on that infuriating UFO catcher bullshit that REALLY needs removed from the game and another hour and a half feeding the ungrateful little bitch enough junkfood and icecream to kill a goddamn buffalo.
So now I've decided not to give a shit about Haruka either, but the game's really not off to a pleasant start for me.
Metroid Prime. Awww yeah! Oh and occasionally Kirby's Epic Yarn with my sis.
WRC4 on Vita. I think this one might take a bit longer to :platinum: than 3. Mainly due to really bad/long load times.
Great game though, much improved over 3. :D
I really didn't expect Yakuza 3 to be a nanny simulator. :(
I googled "does Yakuza 3 get better" and found topics claiming it picks up in Chapter 5.
Chapter 3 so far has been systematically finding out what each kid's personal problems are, and then playing golf with some random politician in order to talk to him about the orphanage. Now I need to find out which kid stole the equivalent of $10 from another. Seriously, unless I get to beat the ever living shit out of the kids afterward, and curb stomp them into the pavement PS2-Yakuza style, I really don't get the point.
Been playing Rock Band 3.
God Eater 2
Ahh finally!
Can't imagine it being worse than the one in 2. It took me like 4-5 hours to beat the guy with the physically impossible pitches. That's why I've decided to skip most of the missions and just stick with the story.
The end of chapter 3 really picked up, with Kazuma raiding a family HQ to rescue a little girl.
And now in Chapter 4 I'm helping the children adopt a puppy.
Seriously.
I get the feeling they wanted to go back to their Shemue roots--more boss QTEs too--which I consider a bad thing, as the first two Yakuzas were head, shoulders, and torso above Shenmue.
I started playing Metro Last Light earlier on. Holy crap! This is a good game. Really immersive with headphones on too!
Been playing some Witcher 2 again just to test out my new GPU. I can finally play this on near-maxed out settings so I am very much pleased with the results.
I'm trying one of the Dragon Quest games.Playing Dragon Quest 3. Also Final Fantasy 4. I decided to play it on the snes, instead of the DS this time.
No no nooooo.
The PSP version has the sequels, Interlude and The After Years included.
Also,
sexy!!!!

Rocksmith 2014 and GTA Online.
And my crusade against the PS+ games continues. Next one, Saints Row the 3rd. First time I play a game of the saga.
Playing Rocksmith 2014 at the moment.
In two words, crazy fun  It's a sandbox game that comes packed with all kind of wacky yet lucrative activities like insurance fraud, streaking, escorting and of course, loads of massive destruction  I've barely scratched it, but yeah, this game is anything but serious :P
BTW, how long did the TR online trophies take you?
How close is it to GTA in design? The farther the better. Not that I don't enjoy GTA but not every sandbox game have to be a carbon-copy. Sounds fun though!
The single player stuff is pretty easy so that shouldn't bother you. As for the multiplayer I spent about about a week playing a couple of hours everyday. Last weekend I more or less wasted 14 hours just playing multiplayer. Never again. Also did some solo boosting which gets boring quickly but the XP payout is pretty good. Better than playing seriously!
You'll need to reach level 60 to unlock the last mp character and to unlock a trophy so it will take some time. The most important thing is to collect loot on the mp stages as you play. You'll need a considerable amount to upgrade every little weapon for another trophy. I had to grind an hour or two at the end because I didn't have enough loot...
If you intend to get the platinum I'll help you unlock any of the shitty combat related trophies so no worries!
Well, I'd love to say it's very different, but I can't :o Game genre, setting, side mission (assassinations, thefts..), they share way too much in common to not consider the GTA games and not any other sandbox a reference to SR.
Some elements makes it different, tho. In SR you have your gang to help you in the missions, you can even personalize them but I've yet to see if it's presence is more cosmetic than anything, just there to cause more havok, I'm afriad  And there's a little minigame similar to what we saw in Assassin's Creed Brotherhood (conquer the different districts, neighbourhoods by defeating gangs and purchasing properties to earn money, respect and stuff). Kinda trivial and not really strategic.
Thanks for the offer  I'll see how it goes when I start it, doesn't sound that bad. Once I'm done making some room in the HDD I'll start playing the games I really want to play and I haven't started (RE6, FFXIII-2, TR...) :o
No More Heroes and No More Heroes 2. Got this suggested by a friend of my sisters and gotta say... Its fun!
Fate Stay Night
And in the harder difficulties you have to aim manually!
I remember playing a similar video game when I was a kid:

Oblivion.
