I submitted a pretty pissed off email to their customer service today, and of course they call me back to try and get it sorted out at like 5:50PM, you know, right at the end of the day, so I'm supposed to call the guy back after 9 AM tomorrow to try and figure out where the fuck my package is.

I've never had an issue with UPS, or FedEx for that matter but nothing I ever order/send goes FedEx so I can't really judge them. Just issues with you know, the government one.
