Elongated yet feminine. I was talking about the sausage fingers above yours.
Some of these oldies at the bus depot who are pushing scooters or using canes walk faster than I do.
Don't want to get your teddy bear mad at me girl...
I had a dream that I was romantically pursuing a women while competing for affection with a old fat high schoolfriend. He won her over before I woke up. What does that mean?
That you're afraid of being fat? xD
You're beta in your dreams?
I am done looking at it as anything subconscious or meaningful. Probably just gas.:ignore:
1 trophy left in WRC 3 (Vita) and I'll have the :platinum:
I'll finish that off tomorrow, I've been on it pretty much all day today.
Just need another 42 minutes of "Valid online time" and I can check that :platinum: off. Very quick, very easy, quite enjoyable.
Hell if I wanted to I could get the :platinum: in 3 games tomorrow,
Resistance Burning Skies (Vita) buy the stupid online pass and join an online lobby for my final trophy, WRC3 (Vita) and Borderlands. Those would take me all of about 2-3 hours to do. Laziness.
Oh man, I want this sooo bad!

Did anyone get a chance to partake in the Dark Souls II beta the other night? I know some of you guys are fans of the Demons/Dark series (myself included), and after missing the first 2 betas I managed to get in this latest one. Just wondering what everyone thought of the the game if you had the chance to try it.
Yeah, sorry for the bother--and for the late reply. No need to put yourself out.
Thanks though, I'll remember the kind gesture next time you mention something I want. :muhaha:
Y'know, I keep hearing how amazing Phantasy Star IV is, and that it's on par with Xenogames, and all that. . . but after the childhood nightmare that was the final dungeon/end boss in Phantasy Star II, which made Secret of the Silver Blades seem easy, I just can't bring myself to play another one.
Y'know, everytime I look at my bookshelf I'm reminded I still need to play Demon's Souls, which is all like, "dude, you wanted me since I came out. You were desperate to play me even before you had a PS3. I'm the fucking spiritual Successor to King's Field. What the fuck man. What the fuck?!"
But I can't afford to replace my controller three times, and don't want to get into a fight with the downstairs neighbor for screaming in rage at the top of my lungs at all hours of the night.
Phantasy Star IV is not nearly as hard as Phantasy Star II. I beat PSII when I was young without the pack-in guide(my dad bought it used). It took me literally years of playing and handmade maps to finally beat that game. It's Phantasy Star IV's story where the game truly shines through. It's a great conclusion to the original quadrilogy. That's not to say that the gameplay isn't awesome. It takes the best of PSII's battle system and refines it. The coolest being the added combo techniques. Also the graphics are some of the best that the Genesis/Megadrive have to offer. With awesome comic-book like cut-scenes and humongous ultra-detailed boss sprites.
There's nothing else I can say except...DARK FORCE COMMANDS YOU TO PLAY PHANTASY STAR IV!

Power outage at work. Yippee.....still working though.....
Yeah, it took a while, but I eventually got into the original Phantasy Star Online for DC. At first I was apalled that they didn't do a direct sequel to PSIV. In fact other than some of the monsters I didn't feel that it was a true Phantasy Star game at all. Then I realized that it does connect to the PS universe after-all. It's just they branched off of the worst Phantasy Star game ever made...PSIII.
In fact:
(interview with Reiko Kodama on g-wie-gorilla.de)
:lolQuote:
Thomas Nickel: Did you contribute in any way to Phantasy Star Online and Phantasy Star Universe? What do you think of the games? Do they feel like Phantasy Star to you?
Rieko Kodama: Sorry, I don’t comment on PSO/PSU.
It is on my backlog.
How much does the story tie into previous installments though? It's been, what, like 19 years since I played II, and I never played I or III. I'm kind of a stickler for doing things in order, but I don't really feel compelled to visit or revisit the others at all. :-/ Does it stand well enough on its own?
It does stand well on its own IMO. Though you do get a fuller grasp of the story if you've played all of them in order. It directly follows PSII after the fall of Mother Brain and it kinda ties into PSIII through a certain side-quest event. There's also a reference to Alis from PS1 in a certain village. Overall though you don't really need to have the previous entries knowledge to enjoy it. :D
I'M NOT BACKREADING ALL OF THAT OKAY?!
What's sad is that I do want to play them all, and there's evidently a patch to make PSII less of a nasty frigid bitch, but my backlog is so stuffed with. . . stuff, that the priority is low enough for me to never get to them :(
DARK FORCE COMMANDS YOU TO BACKREAD!

Who backreads anymore?
weeeeeeeeeeee
I still need to replace PS4's save battery....
I found a guide though, just need to get the battery and security bit itself. :)
