I guess people are leaving the forums. It is late. It's almost 2 in the morning here. How late is it where you are?
11:22pm. Not so bad. Just getting mentally prepared for this new diet I'm gonna be taking up. It's not mainstream, so chances are it'll work.

depends im 16 5'5ish and was 240ish.
I quit drinking pop in an attempt to feel better and lsoe weight im now 215 in a few weeks. Now i'm aiming for 165 and no drinking pop making a small attempt to stop tempations to eat and joging/walking a half a mile on the treadmill. My legs kill each night before bed as that when i do it . (Now) .
I do i drink ti really cold as it help significly with boosting your metabilism i drink a decent amount over half my weight in water :P. I just want to get rid of the few stretch marks and flatten my stomach. Plus the half a mile is so i don't sweat when it comes to physical action. :wacko: But 160 should be a good weight as a goal with only water and half a mile until i stop sweating at half a mile mark and then move .75 a mile and then continusly move up .25 each time i can do the previous mark at ease.
Yeah, that's basically part of what I'm doing.
5'11" - 202.5lbs (weighed around 5pm today).
I'm going for intermittent fasting. Basically, avoid consuming any calories until the hours between 1pm and 9pm. Do you have any idea how easy this actually is once your body gets used to the odd timing?
Will be working out with calisthenics Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I don't want to be skinny-fat. Once I get some weights or something, then I can think about building more muscle, but for the time being, I just want to tighten up a bit and build endurance while losing all this bullshit weight.
Skinny fat? And yeah im planning on soon adding wiegths and the ab circle pro into the equation. I'm just going off what i know. I might try tohe fasting but thats the only thing i know out of what you said. My dad used to be a body builder so he has a ton of weights ect. The only thing is my moms hosue doesn't so i'm going ot have a break for who knows how long at random times. typicly four days. but it might become more soon. :S
Plus i typicaly wake up at 11 am and go to sleep at 3 so it might be pretty hard.
I'm only just over an inch taller than you and the heaviest I've ever been is just shy of 180.
I was lighter when I was younger.......age tends to put a little extra on imo.
God knows how heavy I'd be if I still drank beer and soft drink all the time.......but I gave those up a long time ago :wacko:

These goddamned work shifts are going to be the death of me. Two random grave yard shifts in the middle of my afternoon/morning shifts.
Just did two days of 8AM-430PM, worked 2AM-1030AM this morning, slept all day, back at work for 12PM tomorrow, then two days off, then four days of 8AM shifts.
No wonder my sleep is so fucked up. >.>
