Medieval 2: Total War
Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, am in the middle of the second turnabout, and loving this game.
Sam and Max: Season 1 (Just finished Episode 1)
Swat 4 (Stuck on the A-Bomb Nightclub)
Operation Flashpoint (Just finished installing)
Started Marvel vs. Capcom 2 on the DC a couple of days ago. Also still playing FF IX.
Paper Mario 2...was trying to clear the Pit of 100...so close...lol
Lost Odyssey is so amazing. Put 20 hours in almost and just now on the second disc. The story is just barely reveling but it's all making a lot of sense finally and it's getting awesome. Defiantly one of the best RPG's of all time, and I vote on it being the saddest and most beautiful RPG ever. Move over FF, LO's up there with you.
RF Online, and Counter Strike 1.6.
NDS: New Super Mario Brothers, Final Fantasy Tactics Advance
PS2: Nights into Dreams
PS3: NBA 2k8; waiting for some RPG's :P
Still working on A Link to the Past, just beat the sixth dungeon, so only one left to do. Does anyone know what the bg net is for, like what kind of bugs do I catch? I haven't used it at all up to this point in the game. Maybe it helps get one of the 8 pieces of heart I'm missing?
I was wondering how to get them fairies in the bottles, it didn't even cross my mind to use the damn net, lol.
I know, pretty bad aint it. After getting some fairies, I prefer to have potions instead. Also, I just beat the game finally about an hour ago, so one more Zelda game under my belt. Next up is Minish Cap.
Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, of course.
Minor observations after finishing 4-2 and starting 4-3:
1. Magic panties
2. Air guitar
3. Trucy has an interesting take on reality at times.
3a. Indeed, who would ever name a band the "police"?
3b. Hat man.
3c. The ladder/stepladder joke returns.
4. A first turnabout that is more than a glorified tutorial, and quite cool.
4a. 4-1 ending:Spoiler warning:
5. "Perceive" is quite interesting. More challenging than Psychlocks, in its way, and more fun - it's a novel method rather than "simply" presenting more evidence.
5a. Same goes for most of forensic evidence. The stuff that got tested for 1-5 has been applied in full force for the first true DS game in the series.
6. Apollo is pretty interesting. Objection needs work, but he's new to the game.
7. Magic panties. :nosweat:
Playing Advance Wars: Days of Ruin some more...and I'm annoyed by it, anybody know how to beat the last level? It seems almost impossible, lol.
I just achieved the 5th ranking on No More Heroes.
I was disappointed by the battle, mainly because there wasn't one. I did a bunch of annoying side-jobs in order to get the cash to enter the ranking-battle, and then...there was a nice cut-scene and that was it. I automatically achieved the 5th rank.
The prospect of having to do yet more jobs for the money to enter the next ranking match pretty-much immediately after spending about a half an hour doing it for the last non-match didn't sit well with me, so I turned off the game for awhile. I'll play some more later, but for now I'm taking a break.
Brilliant game overall though. It's definitely keeping me held over pretty well until Smash Bros. hits in a couple of weeks.
I decided to play The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess on my Gamecube again today. I haven't played it for ages, when I put a game down, it can be for anything up to a year or more. o_o So, I am now at the midway point in Snowpeak Ruins, the dungeon with the Yeti.
Anyway, after 20 minutes or so of getting reacquainted with the controls/story, I settled down for a couple of hours of gaming heaven. Why I can never be bothered to play this game is beyond me. It is without a doubt, one of the best games I have ever played.
got assassins creed a while back, fun game once you get your abilities back. they throw so many restrictions/hinderances at you later in the game though, that i just kinda called it quits. it gets pretty repetitive. climb the tower, reveal the map, jump off, do the quests on the map, repeat.
anybody play that new RPG for the 360? is it worth the $60?
I agree on assassins it gets old fast, but is still awesome fun.
I play Lost Odyssey, and if you like FF you will love LO. It's just as good, but of course with the 360's power it make a beautiful and strong game.
I have almost beaten Assassin's Creed, and it still hasn't gotten old on me yet. I am constantly trying to figure out new ways to do things and love exploring for the flags. The only part that is repetative is the constant recyling of game elements such as audio, buildings, textures, NPC models, etc. It makes everything look exactly the same. I guess that's how they got it to fit on a DVD9 for the 360.
You really notice it after playing a game such as Uncharted Drake's Fortune where the only reused elements are the enemy character models and everything else is different except for the one part in the old facility where there are a few reused models.
My brother in law let me borrow his Orange Box PC version. I haven't played it yet, or played a shooter since Perfect Dark really. Are the controls pretty easy using a keyboard? What do you guys think about this 3 in 1 game set?
What? I have to get an account just to play the game? If ythat's the case, screw that.
Do you have to pay for the account? And what does legit serial keys mean?
Playing DMC3 and Windwaker right now.
Though I might reconnect the N64 to play Perfect Dark again. :P
It helps if you actually look at the book in the box itself, lol. After looking at how many different buttons there are just to play one of these games, and since I can't stand using a keyboard except for RPGs, I don't think I want to try this after all.
Don't the xbox 360 controllers have USB ports on them? My brother in law has one, but I can't remember if they have USB ports on them or not. If they do, I might borrow a controller from him and give it a try then.
What's ironic is that a lot of people want to be able to use a keyboard and mouse for these kinds of games on consoles.
Shadow Hearts II, almost at the end of the storyline, but I haven't started the sidequests yet.
Downloading Steam and creating an account for it is free (I have one). Are you saying that the XBox 360 controller (if it does have a USB port) is able to connect to the computer so you can play the games with it? Let me know when you find out for sure, I might get a controller.
Playing my second play-through on mass effect. Forgot how amazing this game was. I'm doing every possible mission and stuff this time around, and I'm picking up the lost pieces of the story I missed. 'Tis very nice.
Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess. 22 hours so far. Just got done seeing Ganon chained to the stone slab.
Bejeweled 2 Deluxe.
