The sidequests can take a while. Also, of note, is that the second half of the game has different sidequests than the first half. And if you didn't do them then, they are forever closed off due to the weird way NG+ is handled. No full game NG+ for you!

Nope. Just that one spot in the Aerie. Keep trying over and over FOREVER. Fortunately you only need 4.
The DLC supposedly helps.
If you want a good strategy (the one I used!) just get on that bridge the leads to the chief's house. Since the egg spawn point is close to there, you can just run, check the spot, then jump off if you don't get an egg. That'll start you back on the bridge and reset (and reroll!) the collection point.
Or you could do that sidequest in the first half of the game to grab an eagle egg, then never turn it in. But if you're actively seeking eagle eggs, it's probably for Phoenix gear. Which means it's a little late for that. :wacko:
