Looks to be in the proper place. He's having a problem with uninstalling -- namely, that he uninstalled it and the options are still there. That's where I would go if I had that problem, personally.

Yeah. The whole sneak = auto crit thing made the Chinese Stealth Suit the most broken armour in the game. That + Small Guns + the Sniper Rifle = everything dies.
I meant aiming while I'm waiting for my AP to replenish. >.> It doesn't feel right playing a first-person shooter and having a "pick and choose and maybe you'll hit based on percentages" battle style being the only viable method for beating the game.
From that aspect, I'm not a huge fan. That and, like I've said a few times now in the last few hours -- I'm not a huge fan of sandbox games. I spent almost two hours trying to figure out how to proceed, taking down huge motherfuckers that I don't think I was quite ready for yet, before I realized that I was in the wrong section. Well, there went most of my ammo. Now just gotta how I can actually complete what I was supposed to complete before I run out.
The joke has gone old now.
Fallout is much more of a first-person RPG than a true FPS. It helps to treat it that way.
Once you get past level 6 or so the whole scarcity thing kind of dies off. Like the Elder Scrolls games, it tends to have a tough patch before the midlevels get kinda cruisy.
That's kind of what I was hoping for, since if what I've done so far is any indication of how the game is going to go, I had a feeling I would be rage-quitting in a few more hours. I'm done playing for the night, though... or morning, depending on how you view it. Seeing as how it's almost 5AM... >.>
We'll see if I pick it up again tomorrow.
That said, it's not a bad idea to really invest in your weapon skill of choice. Since that not only affects accuracy in VATS, but also damage and normal accuracy.
Oh, love. I recall searching for that song and listening to it for a time on youtube after playing RUA.
Open your eyes....
maybe you'll see?. . .
