I'm starting to regret not springing for the 8gb memory card.
I've had no issues with micro sds. Anyway, I ripped my UMD of Oath and got in a couple hours or so. Will be getting back to it shortly. Pretty fun. Second boss shit gets :serious:
@Grouch: I'd still recommend the Turbo version of Ys I-II. I didn't like the DS or PSP version nearly as much.
Christmas is going to be awesome this year.
Nothing to do with the family (who are spread across the entire damn country), the girlfriend (who is also interstate visiting her family) or the job (fuckers had me working Christmas eve due to the office fucking up the scheduling of everything) but simply because my Christmas gifts were a new USB controller and an external HDD.
Time to fire up SM64 and get all nostalgic and shit.
What controller was it?
Just a 360 wired controller.
I prefer them over dual-shock clones because I have monster mitts.
I can use a dual-shock just fine (for years my emu controller was an Airflow ds clone, damn useful in the summer heat), but the Xbox ones are my preference. I'm one of those people who felt the original Xbox controller was perfectly sized.
No way in hell am I pingponging messages trying to be in depth and thorough on this shit, DOES NOT WORK.

Well Grouch Pidgin is a multi protocol instant messaging client and XMPP is a secure IM protocol that is the best choice for just text chatting.
I use pidgin for XMPP and IRC, pretty damn simple, no bullshit registration and other annoyances.
So I was looking into Mega/Sega CD games and couldn't help but laugh at some genius renaming Battle Fantasy to Revengers of Vengeance for the US release.
I forget about things. Probably read about it before but was looking into cheap Mega CD games on Ebay.
Power is out at the folk-in-laws. Third year in a row for Xmas eve,...? It's practically a tradition at this point however without any snow this year, I sense a conspiracy.
Nah, like I said. It's practically a tradition at this point. We get by. Besides , there's power in town so we got a few pizzas.
Power out near alto too? I am of course in TC now.
Just found out from a famy friend that the power outtage is a load of shit. The reason it is taking so long to fix is becusse consumers energy can't find employees to fix it. Everyone is on vacation.
Where in hell is Gyp?
Got something for em.
I forgot to ask but how bad was the weather down there for you gyp?
Power has been ok this year so far, but even if it does cut out it's pretty unusual for it to stay that way for more than an hour.
All the aircon overloads the system. Plus the odd bushfire takes down some lines :lou:
