Done with Tomb Raider, sadly, I didn't finish all of the challenges.
I must say that I really enjoyed playing this game and I want to play it again. Seeing Lara turn from meek to badass was pretty cool.
I'm planning to play games similar to Tomb Raider or just play it again because I might have missed some things.
The first one? I recently finished Apollo Justice. They're fun, but damn, they can be sooo slow sometimes.Quote:

The challenges were pretty lame, to be honest. I was also massively disappointed in the quantity and quality of the optional tombs. They were all very simple, and there were only like... seven of them.Quote:

Yeah, I was a little disappointed by this as well, but all in all I thought the game was pretty good, especially since it was something I never even bothered to take a look at. I would have never played it had you and Gare not talked about it. :wacko:Quote:

Beat Soul Calibur V story. Too short and easy.
WRC 3 - Really quite a decent little racing game. Not without its faults, but it's definitely not a bad game at all.
Digimon World DS- a fun Pokemon knockoff game
Finished all four campaigns in RE6, solo (just used Leon, Chris, Jake and Ada).
Haven't got all the achievements :booger: nothing new about that for me.
Overall I really didn't mind it at all, although Chris' campaign was one that I just wanted to get over and done with :yawn:
Oh gawd, last night I finished episode 5 of the Walking Dead. My eyes definitely teared up at the final scene. All them feelings... ;____;

Just finished Mario Galaxy 2 yesterday and I'd like to express my disappointment with both titles for the series.
I did not like either game especially 2 it's just a repetition of old things from 1 and then some.
The games are way to easy, the camera controls are awful, and the missions are not that difficult.
I had enjoyed the 1st one the most mainly due to the better soundtrack and difficulty coming from the comets especially the Speedrun, Daredevil, and Speed up Comet.
I had not seen those in the other game and that disappointed me considering I enjoy challenges very much so that was not ok.
Plus the whole fun of the comets came from each color and looking at the awesome comet design on the galaxy map which got replaced by a New Super Mario Bros fashioned overworld and designs.
I miss going to each hub and going into the galaxy map and turning around (kinda like Star Fox 64) and just overall enjoying the experience of being in space.
I almost felt like I wasn't in space in the 2nd one with the NSMB feel to it.
This is about sounding like a review so I might as well finish with a 3 out of 5 for Galaxy 1, and 2 out of 5 for Galaxy 2.
Just finished 1999 Mode on Bioshock Infinite. Way harder than I expected it to be.

Been going through clearing out some backlog games today. 100% Jetpack Joyride, now I'm clearing out the remaining single player trophies on Portal 2. Might start Bioshock Infinite tomorrow.

I have found that the majority of naysayers who panned Wind Waker for its art style regretted that decision when they played it a year or so after it was released. I was definitely one of them -- I didn't want anything to do with the game when it was announced or released, but when I finally got around to playing it in '06 or so, I adored it.Quote:

Just finished Bioshock Infinite. I thought it was a great game, and the ending was actually really good. It was a pretty good mind-fuck, but not quite as nutty as I was lead to believe. I did spend a lot of time collecting Voxaphones and viewing all the Kinetorama videos, so I was able to piece most of it together before the big revelation came.
With that said, it's definitely a fantastic game, and it gave me the same sense of wonder that the original Bioshock did over 7 years ago. Great world, great characters, and just great gameplay all around. My only complaint with the game is that you can't save it when you want - it only has an autosave feature and it's total bullshit - and yes, even on the PC version. Otherwise this is a 9/10 effort IMO. (played on PS3 and briefly on PC FYI)

Enjoyed it much more than GTA IV. Also almost done with the first DLC which is like inFamous 2 Festival of Blood except for the ghosts instead of vampires :wacko:
Did you get the Zodiac Tournament DLC? I had a blast with that.... it's totally a knock-off of Enter the Dragon, complete with cheesy 70's music and all. It's pretty short, but I think it was only $5 when I picked it up.Quote:
