I did have one of those plasma gatlngs or whatever they are but either sold it or scrapped it, can't remember which.
Never had enough ammo to justify keeping it. Even now I think I have hardly any of that ammo.

Hey DL are you around?
Yeah sorta, just watching some DS9 eps and keeping an eye on some auctions that are finishing.
You need help?
Was going through some original Xbox consoles I have here, free junk that was faulty.
One is v1.6 with modchip & 320GB IDE drive, the DVD drive wasn't functional so I swapped in a working Thomson to test. It's completely fine now and was very clean inside :lol
So I've pulled apart the Hitachi/LG DVD drive that wasn't working (out of the v1.6 Xbox).
The gear for the drive tray & lens assembly lift has stripped teeth underneath :ugh:
I had a look through boxes of spares and can't find a replacement gear, I even popped open some old spare PC IDE DVD drives to see if there was something suitable but no luck.
The tray works, but the stripped teeth are for lifting the lens so it can't even try to read discs atm.
Put the broken Hitachi/LG back in and only hooked up the power.
Left case top off, swapped in 80 wire IDE cable and hooked up PC DVD drive with molex power splitter (shared power with HDD).
V1.6 console with modchip now boots backup discs (won't read retail discs with PC DVD drive).
When I had the Thomson drive in I played around with some retail imports, after changing to NTSC. Couple of US games but also Asian and Japanese.
FO76 needs an update :bored:
Is that the 10gig one?
Yeah.
Welp I sided with the knight and got to kill the scientists. Got hellcat powerarmor - is it the same if you side with the Paladin? If so guess it makes no difference in the end.
Yeah I got the same power armor. I didn't kill anybody, the knight just left (apparently taking some people with him).
Another 7 day lockdown for me starting in less than 3 hours.
Think now I'll have the fun of building a second base. Been looking at the golf course as a location.
I killed the monster at the golf course earlier today. Bloody bullet sponge :lol
Doesn't help that I don't carry a big gun tho :pwacko:
He dropped a gatling plasma :revwacko:
Installing Code Veronica X HD from a retail disc on my XB1S :ahhh:
lmao
They probably ate you afterwards with their own cum as mayo
I haven't played it for a while now, but I won't be playing this version soon. Hell, I haven't even finished the other RE games I already have on XB1 :lol
There's an English X version for Dreamcast now just in case you didn't know.
It's 360.
Japanese Biohazard Revival Selection (has BH CV & BH4 on separate discs)...
The Code Veronica disc can be used to install the game on XB1 ;)
It's the only physical 360 version I'm aware of, unless there's an Asian Revival Selection release I haven't actually seen.
The equivalent PS3 release has both games on 1 disc (because blu-ray).
So yeah it's Japanese but I've played a lot of the Japanese versions of this series now.
There's usually still plenty of English in menus to not get totally confused, if you're familiar with the games anyway. This is based on other games I've played Japanese versions on PS1, Dreamcast, N64, PS2, Gamecube.
All the audio should still be English but with Japanese subs.
Actually, I think I have most of the Biohazards now. Main ones anyway, don't have Outbreaks or Survivor games though.
I got it for like 4 bucks digital so dunno about versions.
I have all the numbered ones including Veronica and except for 4 - got the full gamer score for that when it was on gamepass a couple years ago so don't feel right paying the 10 bucks for it now :P
Oh and don't have 8 yet.
I've got Village, played through it when I got it (over a few days).
Haven't got all achievements though, just wanted to enjoy it :)
It's better than 7.
Yeah I could've got CV digital and I might still do so at some point (English version). I just like having physical versions
I have XB1 physical: 4, 5, 6, Revelations 1&2, Remake 2&3, Origins Collection, also 7&8.
360 CV was pretty much the last physical one I had to get... unless I'm overlooking something else :thot:
Be great if they brought over Outbreak. The first one was alright imo. Give it a bit of a facelift and fix the multiplayer for current systems. One of the things I hated was the atrocious load times though but on current systems hopefully that would be taken care of.
Pity game mods aren't available on XB1 gamepass like it is on PC. Apparently you can use OpenMW with gamepass and mods for other Bethesda games.
I do understand why mods aren't on XB1 though, too difficult to monitor what's going on with a heap of games being able to be modded.
I've given Morrowind a quick look. The first one I ever really played was Skyrim though. It's hard for me to visit older games in a series or in general unless I've played it before. Just me I guess. But it did look and run smooth irc.
Morrowind also appears to be way more stable on XB1.
Admittedly I haven't put 40+ hours into it testing but I haven't seen any freezes or other bs I had to deal with back when I played it religiously on original Xbox.
I've played a little of it on my RGH 360 too. It has long load times, lots of jagged edges in graphics and crashed a few times even though I didn't play it all that much. Although maybe using a bunch of mods wasn't helping there :lol
Well if Skyrim was what you played first then Morrowind will probably be a hard sell.
Oblivion is probably easier for you to get into. It will look dated and some controls might be a tad different (the map obviously looks very different) but it isn't a huge leap really.
Morrowind can be a nightmare for newer fans of Skyrim. Although if you play it on PC with a bunch of mods and fixes you might be ok with it.
Stealth is the most annoying thing, thumb click and hold there's no toggle option. .
On Xbox quests list gets all mixed up and hard to track what's going on.
No crosshair for bows etc.
Fast travel requires a bit of organisational skill on your part, there are a few different ways but you need to be organised about it.
You get fatigued just walking around (at low lvl anyway)
Hell when you first start the game you can walk into a nearby dungeon and be killed by a rat quite easily :lol
There are other things I could mention.
The up side is that you can levitate and do other crazy stuff.
Same pretty much goes for Oblivion - tried it out for a look see. Besides I have so many games that I haven't played including some that I've actually bought too.
Besides I've gotten pretty sucked into another Beth game at the moment
Scorchbeast just attacked me at my base :lol
Maybe the golf course wasn't such a good idea.
Kicked his ass though :top:
Last time I saw scorchbeast I just ran until it was distracted by other potential victims. But that was around 10 levels back so I was really weak.
I've always had my base at the exact same spot. It has never been seriously attacked... like only a few times by maybe 2 of those Chinese bots. I do have several turrets though.
My old one I was never attacked once. The one before that either but it was hanging off a cliff and had to move. I'd spawn sometimes right on it but since it hadn't finished loading I'd fall right through it and die :P
Sun is coming up really soon. Maybe I should stop playing this game?
