Maybe there was an update patch but that's fucking sad regardless, NISA is so bad.

finished extraction point yesterday and then started perseus mandate might just grab fear 2 and play through it again(I can't remember if I beat 2 or not)
It's hard to show the proper scale for better details, but I'm using the Clipboard Resurrected mod to find gore to copy and paste at a custom settlement at Faneuil Hall with Dr. Michio Kaku as the leader of the Commonwealth super mutants. He's gone mad after radiation mutated his brain to have 15 intelligence and is the only super mutant who looks human because reverting to human form is part of the super mutant lore in the game and he experimented with genetics to restore his human form but he could not cure his mental mutation. Finding gore to collect is a game onto itself, he's just trying to get 'ahead' in life and has six numbnuts roasting on an open fire for Christmas.

By the way. I'm using an able wear super mutant armor mod. He's in the super mutant faction.

Also, he only attacks raiders in Haymarket Square next to his settlement and anywhere else in the Commonwealth and collects any raider gore he finds as a warning to raiders or gunners attacking his settlement that his super mutant citizens are going to eat them. The raiders attack his settlement often, I have a more settlement attacks mod. He has raider overboss power armor arms and legs he got from killing a Nuka World raider leader, with the X-01 torso and no power armor helmet. Uses a combat helmet with tactical flashlight mod instead.

Some more raider snacks for super mutants to decorate his home. Super mutants and raiders attacks one another on sight in vanilla, Dr. Michio Kaku always attacks raiders as ornaments.

Edit;// I found three more heads, a shopping cart with raider meat in it and a hanging headless raider.

Michio Kaku found another hanging raider with no head and no hands but he's running out of decoration space.

He cloned himself, now all he has to do is collect the dead while the other one produces them.

A more optimal build for Dr. Michio Kaku not specializing in the DLC.
Armorer, Blacksmith, Chemist, Demolition Expert, Gun Nut, Local Leader, Medic, Robotics Expert, Scrounger, Science!, Nuclear Physicist
Why? Because he can craft and mod everything including weapons and armor he scrounges. Which is overpowered in game mechanics and he is buffed in every way. With 9 Intelligence, 6 Charisma, 2 Luck, 4 Strength, 5 Perception and the other SPECIAL is customizable not needed to qualify for the build's perks(i.e. everything else balanced in number, starts with 1 Endurance so use the SPECIAL magazine in Sanctuary to make him less squishy). Consider it survival mode to play with good armor and weapons with low HP, save often in case you die because death is not permanent. The Mechanist armor after defeating the Automatron boss is medium weight with heavy armor rating and adds +1 Endurance.
If/when you level up and you can't improve one of the build's perks add +1 Endurance with that perk point.
In character creation there is an Asian preset, remove his facial hair, change his hairstyle to garage band and make it white, change all his facial complexion to wrinkled and make his body build slightly thinner.

Want to build a huge settlement with endless size budget? Pick up every weapon you can find and drop them on the floor then store them in the workshop in workshop mode. Hehe.
I'm adding a drinking fountain with pure unradiated water next to an animated waving post-war flag then uploading it as a blueprint for the Transfer Settlements mod so other people can have the best place to take a Fallout piss and shit. Uses vanilla objects, no other mod needed.
is that recon armor?
finally got enough money to buy another ship I went with a cargo ship since I do a lot of exploring. this new ship isn't as fast or powerful as my starter ship but it has the storage space I need.
I wish I could change the color of my ships.
Ah, a proper dead collector mod. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/49162

What the monks are chanting is "Jesus is Lord, give use money for leisure singing."
What I want to know is if the damage done to the bodies is permanent once you place them permanently. Because with Place in Red Reborn they can be placed anywhere including hanging from street light poles. Useful for those light poles that don't work in settlements. You can damage bodies after you kill an NPC with melee until they lose limbs, heads and burst. I like horror films and horror games, it's fun make-believe to imagine it being real. The human body is a work of art. I like my art drawn, quartered and then hung on a wall.

As a D&D dungeon master nerd the role playing is rated R for reality and the antagonists will get capital punishment Medieval on your ass taking you prisoner or captive instead of killing you in battle for the gallows and chopping block. Yes, combat skills are standard in role playing games but you might want to be a Houdini escape artist instead.
In any case, going to test that dead collector mod with this move object script mod to adjust their vertical and horizontal position so the corpse ornaments hang out forever resting in peace pieces.

Also, collecting every skeleton to decorate your home just like the corpses you collect is crucial. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/51296
If you want a vanilla Fallout 4 character that is designed to cheat make him/her a gunslinger/nuclear physicist/local leader. Why? Because dropping gamma guns on the floor and then storing them in workshop mode greatly reduces settlement budget allowing you to build settlements of unlimited size as local leader settlement builder. Also, gunslinger and nuclear physicist boost gamma gun damage and you do more damage with pistols in general. Just collect all the weapons you find and store them in workshop mode(do not pick up armor unless it's better than what you are wearing to use carry weight for weapon drops in workshop mode), retrieve them and repeat the drop and store process until settlement size is back down to zero. Abernathy Farm settlement is severely limited in size because it's very easy to defend due to having small borders needing less defenses to build, do the quest to unlock it first instead of unlocking Sanctuary and build a tower at Abernathy because it has a power pole to build up high around and you can drop the settlement size to zero. The Children of Atom drop gamma guns, they spawn south of College Square.

So the build to cheat in vanilla with no mods is thus.
Build Name: Gamma Gunslinger
6 Charisma, 9 Intelligence, 1 Agility(no increase needed so add points to whatever else).
Perks: Gunslinger, Nuclear Physicist, Local Leader and whatever else as customization. If you start the quest to unlock Sanctuary pick up the perception bobblehead and leave without talking to Preston Garvey and screw being a Minuteman. It's the same as an alternate start mod without a mod in vanilla, unlocking settlements means having to defend them in distant locations on the map and having to use resources to build several weak settlements instead of all resources on building a powerful and easily defended settlement at Abernathy. Minuteman just makes the game much more difficult especially in survival mode.
By the way, there all kinds of cheat mods to reduce settlement size and none of them work so it's because mod makers and mod users are clueless about the no need for that mod. It's a standard game mechanic secret.
Edit:// I forgot to mention. Local Leader perk is not just to build settlements as a Minuteman and make the game harder for no reason it's to be able to build powerful settlements with all the crafting stations in settlements not unlocked by Minuteman quests. Abernathy Farm for example, it comes with unkillable NPCs that defend it and one centrally placed machine gun turret alone covers the entire border of the settlement. That's why it's severely limited in settlement size to balance the game and why unbalancing it with a gamma gunslinger breaks vanilla game balance. You can add perk points to the build in those three skills only and use spare perk points to increase your SPECIAL until they're all 10, namely Charisma first to max out your persuasion in dialog and how many settlers you can have. No need for more than three skills because your character is a secret cheat specialist anyway.
