Wouldn't go any newer than Pentium III or original Athlon/Duron probably. Look for a Slot 1 motherboard with onboard graphics and stick with a Pentium II.

But if I send you my Voodoo 2 I can no longer taunt you over how I have one and you don't. :/

I have a bunch of old parts still kicking around. Nothing to build an entire PC out of but just odd components. There's like four 56k modems in that same box. :wacko:

There's a few graphics cards, some old storage drives, maybe a couple of other things. The oldest complete PC I have is an Athlon 64. Can't remember the specs but I can tell you it's too new for what you're trying to do. I did still have my very first PC until shortly before we moved, otherwise I'd have happily sold it to you with the Voodoo 2.

as some may remember I won a game on ebay that was disc and manual only no box, but it was rather scratched up when it arrived since he just put the disc and manual in a jiffy bag with no protection from scratches or snapping like not even a paper sleeve...

Well I Contacted him and told him "the disc just about works but is very badly damaged due to a lack of protection from poor packing of the game", i mean im not asking much a paper sleeve and 2 bits of cheapo box cut up cardboard would do, so he was like no problem I'll send another... received it today HE MADE THE SAME DAMN MISTAKE AGAIN! just threw a disc and manual in a jiffy... this one survived better and i cant be bothered with this seller any more lol what would you all do?

There's UAE browser. But I use AmiKit and that has different software.

I use Amikit to launch WinUAE. Some guy from an Amiga IRC channel set it all up for me.

Oh nice, I used Amiga in a box before, but then was fascinated by it. I've got an older version of WHD-load, as I've got the cracked key for it. Can't be bothered paying £10 for the actual thing.

I too have a pirated version of WHDLoad on the emulator and installed on my A600. Speaking of which, I need to get that back out and mess on with it some more. :]
