11 is pretty good, although I've come to prefer Kyo with ground spark instead of flame punch.

It just makes him a more versatile character, IMO.

ROTD AI is similar to SSF2T.

Dumb as a post, but flawless execution and psychic punishes.

And above all, fucking annoying. At this point I can take a bathroom break as soon as I see Radel get one hit, and by the time I come back his combo will almost be over.
