Huh, I run with 3.5 pounders and I've never had any trouble :shrug: but my legs are pretty strong, have been for a long time.

That depends on how much you run.
I average 5-6 miles a night, those weights made it feel like I was running 10 miles.

Funny thing is I hated to run. I loathed the very idea.
Now after seeing how easier it is to move my body, I got in the habit of running *just about* every night.

The way you've been doing your routine, it seems your body might have adapted to do Free Running. It has always been my dream to do it,even the neighborhood here is fine for doing it.
