It is for me.
I really didn't pay attention to the format, since I convert ISOs to WBFS anyway.

I just plug it in, and have Wii Backup Manager transfer the folders to the drive. I left it as NTFS in case I ever needed to do anything normal with it.

Also, I'd really like to find the Wii Star Trek game. I'm sure it sucks, but I still want it.
