If you can't, you shouldn't deny them. They are as correct as your uninformed ass is on the subject. Whether that changes something is a different subject entirely since both parties aren't usually in a position to affect change when debating conspiracy theories. It's usually one speck bickering against another when their squabbling is only done to vindicate their ego.
Also, Google is a good search engine to use, but since Google and Yahoo can filter websites, it isn't the best place to confirm shit as fact. Many countries try to hide terrible things they have done and it is only recently those things are revealed. How long did it take for the U.S. to release the possible terrorist attack on it's own people? 50 years after a FOIA? The whole point I'm making is actually look it up and see their side before making a judgement. Both sides can be wrong when trying to correct each other.
Simple logic and looking into the U.S goverment can disprove almost all of them. They are simply people either being to distrusting or paranoid. Seriously look at half the stupid shit out there. This conspiracy theroy is big enough to be put on Wikipedia where a lot are left off of the main list

A somewhat different version of this theory maintains that humanity is actually under the control of shape-shifting alien reptiles, who require periodic ingestion of human blood to maintain their human appearance. David Icke has been a devoted proponent of this theory.[72] According to Icke, the Bush family and the British Royal Family are actually such creatures, and Diana, Princess of Wales was aware of this, presumably relating to her death.[72] David Icke's theory, which encompasses many other conspiracy theories, is that humanity is actually under the reptilians; with evidence ranging from Sumerian tablets describing the "Anunnaki" (which he translates as "those who from heaven to earth came"), to the serpent in the Biblical Garden of Eden, to child abuse and water fluoridation.
I'm sorry but with over a ton of these it is hard to argue with idiocy.
