I just wanted to mention a film I seen a while ago on SBS (Aussie TV :) ) it was asian, Korean or something called Breathless....GREAT MOVIE!
It's about a debt collector guys troubles, he ends up hookin up with a schoolgirl and stuff just changes, goes crazy. :)
I can't really remmember anything RECENT but....uh.........yeah he he lol
Inbetweenwes was good, bit dissapointed but it had some good stuff in it.
Contagion was a great and pretty Good film.
And erm Zhu-Zhu pets quest for Zhu...nuff said
Batman: Year One. It was good.
I saw the new Sherlock Holmes movie. I actually enjoyed it.
Both parts of The Hogfather from the Discworld series. I really liked them. :)
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest
...ehh. I like the set pieces but it moved a bit slow for my taste. This is strange because the third was too fast and had too much shit going on.
Yes Man. A good movie.
Sherlock Holmes. It was pretty damn good.
The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. Holy hell was it long, but it was good. Go watch it.
Watched Sherlock Holmes =] I'd recommend it any day =D
Well, I watched Sonic The Hedgehog OVA (JAP) with my sister last week... :revwacko:
We did have our share of laughs though, and I am a Sonic-fan since childhood. ^^
(Yeah, I know... but blame my dad for that! xD )
...
If the above does not count as a "movie", I also watched "I Robot" (with my dad... again xD) casting Will Smith.
It was, perhaps, the third or fourth time I watched it, but I still love the movie.
It is not just for the plot, I mean, it is very intriguing the first time you watch but, since you know
how things will turn out in the end, it loses its mystery. (But that counts for others movies too  )
The characters are just so "real"/believable. Particularly Will Smith (Detective Spooner) which, for me, makes quite the role! ;P
And I like the way the robots are inserted in the world. It is somewhat realistic if you ask me.
Oh, and I just love how Will Smith's character is involved in the events, pursuits, and no one believes him. xD
(He performs real nicely, and makes me give some loud laughs in certain scenes.)
And the dilemma that revolves around Will Smith, that creates his mistrust on robots.
... did I mention Will Smith is in the movie? :PP
Okay, enough now... >.>
Watched the new Mission: Impossible movie, it was alright.
Spaceballs, it had been years since the last time I watched it.
The Devil Inside, not impressed. It felt really short, the plot was okay, but the narrative couldn't carry it.
