Grouch or Jazz I got a nice Super Mario Allstars cart if either of you want it. $17.77 shipped (which is really 15 plus shippun).
The Super C cart did sell to this other guy Grouchy.
Aight. Let me know what you are looking for to complete that set and I'll keep an eye out for em.
Super C is pretty nice from what I played, I hope the guy that bought it enjoys it.
not sure if I'd a want a wii u I've seen some chats about hacking it. does it have good emu support? I guess my biggest concern for a wii u is does it need to be online and is it a paid service?(like x-box live psn)
the only reason I'm looking for a wii is I was wanting a new nintendo system that and I like the idea of motion controls plus the games(mario and the like)
Only thing is you're very unlikely to find a Wii U for around $30. Well maybe you can but it'd be blod and probably won't have a controller pad, cords or anything beyond the non-functional console itself.
Wii U new prices are ridiculous over here now.
I've only looked on ebay but new is around $500au...all I can see atm are premium bundles though like MK8, Xenoblade Chronicles X etc. Impossible to find any irl shops with new stock now.
Used prices vary a lot but I'm wary of spending decent money on any used console, ones that have screens in particular.
There are some dirt cheap used consoles but those are faulty.
Well technically consumer law here gives us power beyond manufacturer warranties in many cases...but if something is like 4 years or whatever old, arrives in gwo and then dies some weeks or months later not much can be done afaik. It does offer protection against doa though, even with used purchases (although obviously if it has been explicitly stated that something is faulty and sold "as is" you haven't got any recourse).
Stuff basically has to be fit for purpose.
Basically, yes. You can't scam people by selling faulty products as fully working.
Of course it doesn't cover damage during transit that's another matter.
It gets more interesting when the ACCC harasses the likes of Apple over crap factory warranties
I posted a link about that recently.
Even used cars sold by dealers are required to have a stat warranty by law. But there are some limitations to that afaik...like has to be less than 10 years old, something like 150,000km or so max on the odometer and some things aren't covered at all.
Statutory warranty is only like 3 months/5000km though. In this state anyway iirc.
Just found a Wii U bundled with over 130 games + 2 year warranty for $500au :squint:
Including botw.
:wiseau: y u racist Cookie?
Black Nick Fury..
:pwacko:
Used just isn't cheap enough imo  I'm talking about way under $100au ($75us).
The control pad is expensive to replace so if it becomes faulty mere months down the track you really need to buy another whole console.
Buy new and you're covered for at least 2 years.
Another thing is that early consoles can have the blod issue.
Do you know what is racist? Geece. Geece are EXTREMELY racist and do not tolerate any other speices around them, not even swans...you'd think swans are the more racist being but no, you'd be wrong. Constantly snapping and honking and don't even get me STARTED when they dye their feather all sorts of different colours :/.
Plenty of people use a guard goose (or a few of them) to deter hawks and the like from killing chickens. I wouldn't say they don't tolerate other animals at all, although they can be a bit aggressive if unfamiliar people/animals are around. Drakes and roosters can act in a similar way too.
